Considering the many challenges and issues surrounding employment that the society is facing, the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, in order to purposefully direct the teachings of students and graduates towards practical use and gain practical experience, regarding the creation of a support program under the title of assistant plan Technology has taken action. In general, in this plan, Tehran University students will work in the applicant companies for a short period of 6 months (50 hours per month) and will receive wages.

In this plan, the Ministry of Ataf, as the executive body, is responsible for the evaluation, guidance and management of the plan at the national level. Science and Technology Park of Tehran University, as one of the most important institutions active in the development of the technological ecosystem, innovation and entrepreneurship with the aim of improving its interactions with the university and the quantitative and qualitative development of technology units, is responsible for the regional implementation of the project.
